Gameplay
Karamalz Cup is essentially a standard ice hockey simulator in a bird's eye view. The game can be played with the national teams of Italy, Sweden, Norway, Czech Republic, Canada, Austria, Germany, Finland, Russia, Switzerland, France and the United States.

With a shot opportunity the player is a short mini-game starts. The player sees the goal from the first-person perspective of his players. Using the controller, he should try to focus the cursor on a free part of the goal and shoot by clicking. The goalkeeper , however, moves and trying the puck to stop.
